Been to this location couple times and I am highly disappointed, I understand that they were busy and I patiently waited a lady instructed us to order at the machine for ourselves no issue, 3 mins later while we are still ordering by the machine. She accepted an order from a lady who just walked in. I addressed her about it, if your going to make people order by the machine make all order by the machine . After we waited a while and still in the line to order at the machine, you accepted a lady who came in before us. I hope management address this issue

Drinks-- never consistently made, I've received drinks with chunks of matcha, mobile orders made up on the spot and not what I ordered, etc. Inside is probably a genuine health hazard. Sticky syrup (under the coffee tap bar, not the syrup pump area) all over, the juice cartons sitting out instead of being refrigerated, floors were filthy, the entire inside needs cleaning and wall repair (holes in the wall above the doorframe). THEY SHARED THE STIRRING SPOON BETWEEN ORDERS and it was in a cup of metal water-- not actually being fully rinsed or cleaned. The employees were doing their best, but 2 people isn't enough of a crew to keep it running well. The drive thru was shut down, they had mountains of orders stacking up, it just is never a good experience.

This place is very busy, which shows how popular it is, but the customer service staff and employees are still extremely friendly and welcoming. They work efficiently and handle everything in a clean and professional way. Overall, it’s a great place with an excellent experience!

The manger there is a BEAST. She keeps everyone in check and makes SURE our food comes out perfect. Yeah she can be a little on the rough edges but i really couldn’t care less about that as long as the restaurant is clean, the food is made fast, and the service is great. Which it is. I’ve been going there literally almost every day for the last 2-3 years. My job is right across the street. My home Dunkin!!! The best team ever.

I ordered a Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher but the color looked off right away. It was not mixed properly and had way more green tea than any fruit flavor. Honestly I should have known better. On top of that when I arrived the employee was holding my cup out the window before I even got there which felt rushed and impersonal. Because of this experience I will not be returning to this location. I hope they improve for others.
